I let my iphone 5s update to ios 9.2.1 while I slept. This morning I cannot send messages or texts. I can receive them however. I have already tried restarting the phone and resetting the network information.

All I had to do was go into Settings, Messages, and turn it back on. The update turned it off by default, which is really annoying. Then I had to sign in with my Apple ID and do all that. But now it's working fine. Super annoying, but there ya have it.
