What version of Safari is your PC running?
What version of operating system is your PC running?
If by PC you mean Windows PC, Safari for Windows was discontinued over 3 years ago, and has not received any updates, and will not be updated any more. You should change to another more recent browser that is being kept up to date.
If By PC you mean a Mac, you'll need to provide the exact Model of Mac, and version of OSx you are running, as updating Safari requires updating OSx which is dependant on the model of Mac.
