Jan 21, 2016 6:46 AM in response to elbenoitby turingtest2,★HelpfulIt would appear not. I've just had a quick look at the app and so far I cannot see how you can import new samples to it. The recordings show up in iCloud drive in a Music Memos folder. The appear to be uncompressed audio with a sample rate of 41,000 kHz and 32 bit float bit depth stored as .caf files
Converting an existing voice memo to the same format and dropping it in the same folder doesn't work, so presumably I've missed some detail for it to be regarded as a valid Music Memo.
The good news is if I move an existing Music Memo out of the relevant iCloud folder, wait for it to be removed from my device, then add it back again, it works. So perhaps it is possible after all, with a bit of effort.
See https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/qa/qa1534/_index.html for hints on how to go about the conversion.
I was using this command:
afconvert -v -f 'caff' -d F32@44100 Test.m4a Test.caf

I guess importing Voice Memo files should be considered feature request #1.
Great new app either way!

Jan 21, 2016 6:54 AM in response to elbenoitby turingtest2,Looking at http://www.apple.com/feedback/ Apple have yet to open a specific feedback channel for Music Memos. Perhaps you could use Garageband for iOS instead for now.
