Q: Email Issue regarding replying to forwarded emails on iOS
I have a business email (@business.com) forwarded to my gmail account.
On my macbook pro mail app- when I receive a forwarded email from @buisiness.com to my gmail- the mail app retains the original email tag (@business.com)- so when i hit reply all it automatically is sent from the alias @business.com. All at work have no idea i use a gmail account! perfect.
On my iPhone...when a the same email is forwarded to gmail...and I hit reply all...ios thinks the @business.com email is now a gmail email.....SO when I hit "reply all" not only does it default to FROM the gmail app....it also puts my gmail address into the recipient list. It makes me have to manually change the alias (back to from: business.com AND delete my gmail account in the recipient list.
I would like my iPhone to behave like my macbook...
any suggestions appreciated.
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2.1
