ios 9.2.1 iCloud clean new backup not work

After Update to iOS 9.2.1 and delete the iCloud Backup for start with an clean one, can't initialise and start a new Backup.

On the follow devices:

- iPhone 6s Plus

- iPad Air 2


1. Logoff device on iCloud, Restart device and new Login have no result.

2. Also a clean Update and restore with a Backup from iTunes don't work (and so with repeat 1.).


If there an Apple iCloud Server Problem?

This sounds very similar to what others are experiencing:

The first link provides some detail by chichi3 on the matter stating, "Hi everyone, I contacted Apple last night and they are aware of this issue. The technical team are on it and so its is very likely it will be rectified in a software update. Back up to Itunes for now to be on the safe side and keep an eye out for software updates."
