I have been trying to update to ios 9.2.1 on iphone 6 for approx 16hrs without any success,the update downloads but then i get an error failure to install ,was wondering if anyone had experienced the same issue. Update size is only 37 Mb but after download it is 138Mb? I have updated my ipad 4th gen on the same wifi
connection with no problems

What is the exact text of the error? Failure to install is not all of it. Does it indicate a number of anything else? When you update OTA, you download the zip package, and it has to expand on the device to install. You might try connecting to iTunes and updating on the computer, as the un-packaging occurs on the computer then, not the device.

Connect to your computer iTunes and try updating directly on iPhone.
