My Lenovo T440s has a Mini Dispplay Port.
Is it possible to connect my Lenovo-Notebook to my Thunderbolt Display 27"?

No. A Thunderbolt display requires a Thunderbolt port. A Thunderbolt plug may fit a Mini DisplayPort, but it won't work.
