Q: is it possible that icloud backup made on ios 9.3 beta can be restored on ios 9.2.1?

I updated my iphone 5 to ios 9.3 beta and made a backup on ios 9.3. But now I want to downgrade on 9.2.1. does the icloud backup made on ios 9.3 work on ios 9.2.1?

iPhone 5, iOS 9.2.1
