How can I save my pictures if my phone says "Disabled: Connect to iTunes"?

Okay so I changed my password yesterday, then I took a nap. When I woke up, I couldn't remember what I had changed it to. I tried so many times that the lock screen finally said "Disable: Connect to iTunes". Also, I haven't backed up my phone in forever. Actually I don't think I ever have. (I already had an iTunes account, previous to me getting my phone, because I also have an iPad). Anyways, is there any way that I can save all of my photos and videos before I factory reset my phone? I really don't want to lose all (over 4,000 ) of my videos and pictures. Honestly, I'm just really bummed because there's over 100 pictures and videos of my dog.

I'm sorry, but unless you have a backup, or you were syncing your photos to iCloud, they are lost. Why would you not have imported photos to the computer if you had that many? If these pictures were so important, why were they not saved somewhere other than a mobile device? Once the device is disabled, then you lose all content. Your only choice at this point is to restore the device to factory to regain access. Doing that will delete all content.
