Can ATV 4 and the new Plex app play a photo library directly from a NAS?

Using ATV 4, Plex server, and the new Apple Plex App, can all photos & videos in the Apple Photo Library that reside on a NAS be played without any other devices? Can the same configuration play all music (purchased and personal) in iTunes that resides on a NAS (without the use of any other devices)?
