Please help I am looking for the 10.10 dowload to update my dads computer and I cant find it!! Does anyone know where it might have gone?

10.10 is no longer available unless you had previously downloaded it. In which case it would be in the Purchased section of the Mac App Store. Its not available for direct download anymore.
You can update directly 10.11 El Capitan.

All I am seeing is 10.11.1 , am I missing it?

10.11 El Capitan is all that is available. 10.11.1 is just the latest update for el Capitan. Install that.
As I said unless the Apple ID associated with that Mac was used to download Yosemite when it was available, there's no other way to get it now.

10.7, 10.8, and 10.11 are all that are available right now. You may be able to request an in between operating system from AppleCare to be made available, if your software is not compatible with any of the above. There are numerous issues with printer and scanner drivers on 10.11:
