Internet Explorer has not existed on Macs for over a decade. Your only option is to run Windows, this could be done on a real PC, or via Boot Camp on a Mac, or via a virtual environment in Parallels, or Fusion, or VirtualBox.

However as ChrisJ4203 says Microsoft are discontinuing all older versions of IE including 10. See https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/WindowsForBusiness/End-of-IE-support

If you still have older Windows installer discs they may still include a suitable version of IE, Windows 10 would only have IE 11 or later.

Any website that is written to only work in IE is the work of Satan and should be avoided. 👿
