I am not sure that I follow what you are asking. Are you not able to see iTunes Store app on your iPhone? If that is the case, we can try a few things to get this back for you.
The first thing that comes to mind is searching your iPhone. If you swipe down from the middle of the screen, this will bring up Search. Then you would just type in iTunes Store and it will bring up the app. If it is in a folder, it will tell you what folder it is in. Take a look at the article below for more details.
