Hello mel2472,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I see that after logging out of your account on the iTunes Store and logging back in, your Apple Music content and playlists were missing. Have you tried signing in and/or enabling Apple Music.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
In the Apple Music app, tap the profile icon and sign in with the same Apple ID and password that you use for your Apple Music membership.
From your device's Home screen, go to Settings > Music, and turn on iCloud Music Library.

If you already have music on your device, you'll be asked if you want to Merge or Replace the music. Choose Merge to add the songs currently on your device to your library.* If you select Replace, the music on your device is replaced with your Apple Music library.

Sync Apple Music across your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and computer

Best regards.
