iTunes radio is not available via Apple Watch.
When your iPhone is within Bluetooth range, Apple Watch can be used to control playback of music from your iPhone including:
- Beats 1 - Apple's worldwide radio station.
- Now Playing - control what is currently playing on your iPhone.
- Quick Play - which chooses a list of songs for you (requires Apple Music).
- My Music - your own music library.
- Playlists - listen to playlists on your iPhone.
When using your watch as the music source and when Bluetooth headphones have been paired to it, Apple Watch can play music from a playlist that you have synced to the watch.
