Q: How would I track a walk-run routine? Indoor run, Indoor walk, or Other? Would I have to do this routine outside with Gps first so that I don't mess up my calibration data? Help plz and thank u !

Hi
Choose either Indoor Walk or Indoor Run (it does not matter which) for an indoor walk-run routine.
Although Apple Watch does not presently offer interval training as a workout type, choosing either of these enables the most appropriate data sources (which are the same for walks and runs) to be used for tracking your workout.
Whether walking or running, the accelerometer will be used to estimate pace and distance (allow your arm to swing naturally) along with the heart rate sensor for estimating calories burned.
Running or walking indoors will not affect your calibration data. Calibration is based on GPS data from the iPhone and only takes place during Outdoor Walk or Outdoor Run workouts when the paired iPhone is taken along.
