Apple Repair Status no updates?

Sorry if this is put in the wrong category(only 2nd time using a forum)

To make a long story short I my macbook Quakerbridge NJ store on 1-19-16 to have a logic board replaced(its one one those 2011 MBP 17 inches) I was told it was shipped out today(1-20-16) but no info has been updated online .Is this normal ? Is there some sort of delay in the system, Would like a answer ASAP. Attached is a image of what I am talking about

We are users just like yourself. Apple is not involved on this message board because it is a user to user board. Why not call the repair shop. Tell them you want to kept well informed about the progress of the repairs ASAP & nothing is showing online.

I wont have the chance to tonight, won't get home till late . I was just wondering if people have had experance with a delay in updating of info or whatnot
