Did you not bother to read the terms and conditions before joining the forum or did you miss that bit? Clearly states that you are joining user to user technical support forums and nothing else.
If you cannot book online and you want to know if there is a problem, then ring the store or go to the store directly - nobody here can tell you.
Also, why on earth have you posted this in an iWeb forum? iWeb is about creating websites, so obviously not appropriate to post here - why not look before you post in future!!

I did try calling but couldn't get through (and couldn't call repeatedly throughout the day as I was at work), couldn't physically visit their store, and so sought help online, which directed me to the community forums. I had already searched for answers to my actual technical issue (involving an oooold ipod classic) with no luck, and now was stuck even trying to get a Genius Bar booking online. So I did the only thing I could do in last ditch frustration, ask the community forums, in the last few minutes of my work break (and yes I did search for "genius bar booking issues" in the forums before posting - with no luck there either). I was forced to pick a "section" to submit my question, and nothing jumped out at me. So I picked one at random, it is a public forum after all, and sometimes you luck out and get someone helpful despite the wrong section.
