Change country - followed all the instructions!

hi there,

ive moved to the US from the UK and am trying to change regions.

Ive followed the instructions. I had a music subscription which has now been cancelled (by switching off auto renew) but it's saying I still need to do it.

i have no credit in the account.

it won't let accept my American credit card as a result.

any thoughts?
