I purchased the sim free factory unlocked iPhone 6 direct from Apple.com. I activated the iPhone with a sim from T-Mobile with a pay as you go plan. I travel out of the country frequently for extended periods and now I would like to use the AT&T service but apparently T-Mobile has locked my phone. I called and they want $100 to unlock it. Help - I'm not sure how they got away with this (clearly I must have missed something in some legal agreement I didn't read) or how to get out of it.
