Solution of the weird mouse effect of OSX

Did this update solve the stange mouse lag of OSX in your Mac? I believe it did on mine, its been a pain for me since Mavericks. (To be able to feel this its a must to have a gaming mouse with a wire, and be able to compare to windows mouse movement, both without mouse acceleration. Otherwise its not the problem im talking about.)
