In the mail app, the inbox has disappeared. How do I retrieve it?
iPad 2, iOS 8.1
I deleted the email account and then reinstalled it. That worked. Thanks for the responses.

Hi Theduck44,
You can try holding the power button and the home button down for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

have you looked if it's under
Settings->mail, contacts, calendars
and if it is absent have you tried to add it there?
Thanks for the response. It is listed in the settings, but no inbox appears in the app. The other items, like drafts, sent, etc., do appear.

Go to settings Email Accounts delete all accounts that are not working .
Then enter details again.
