That is a hardware error. Probably caused by Touch ID. You need to take it to the Genius Bar or your local Apple Authorized Service Provider. https://locate.apple.com/nz/en

If anyone else other than apple replaced the screen and the home button on an iPhone with fingerprint recognition, you have a ruined device and will simply have to replace it. If Apple or an Apple authorized service center did the replacement then take it back to them to get service.
The home button wasnt changed. Only screen.is it problem?
Yes, it's a problem. Your phone is a brick. There is no way to fix this. Apple won't touch it. Recycle it and buy a new phone.
