i just type . i can't to talk AJ397. i have a problem with my iphone. maybe, i don't know use it. i reset conten and setting my iphone. after chose erase iphone, i must remove my password of my icloud. when iphone reset turn on , iphone ask id and pass. i type my id and pass word incorrect. i sign in website icloud.com by my computer and remove device iphone, but my iphone still not active, i don't know why! please help me!
Is the Apple ID that shows up yours? Did you buy this phone second hand?

yes ! my id apple, i buy iphone second hand but they remove their id apple. i sign in my icloud and use about 20 day or a month, i just erase iphone in 19/1/2016 please check information help me. my id apple ******* @gmail.com please!

It sounds like the previous owner didn't properly remove activation lock. See if you can get a refund or ask them to follow the directions here: What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Also note that Apple can't remove the other persons account, so if the previous owner won't the phone is not useable by you.

Sorry to hear that. See if the previous owner can make sure activation lock has been turned off. Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
