Jan 21, 2016 7:14 PM in response to Michael Palaszby Vinceassociate,★HelpfulThe issue is not with the TV. Since you are routing the ATV through the reciever in both cases and you verified that both ATVs put out a signal, something in the new ATV settings sounds like the problem.
I would hook up the old ATV unit and verify what video resolution and frequencies it is set at when it works.
Also look at the settings on the reciever when the working ATV is operating and note them.
What verson of the ATV did you purchase?

I have the 64gb version. I'll try tomorrow and see if holding the menu and volume up/down button solves the issue..
