I have a Android phone and had beats music but had to switch to apple music and everything works fine and has all my music on there from beats music but when I go to My playlist the whole app crashes. what should I do? I've already updated my phone and uninstalled the app multiple times.

I was having the same problem yesterday. I could access My Music, but when I tried to access Playlists the app would crash. I had turned off Mobile Data on my phone since I listen offline when away from wifi; I turned mobile data back on and it seems to have resolved the issue. It may not be the same problem with you but thought I would offer my experience.
Update: I am able to recreate this issue by turning mobile data off. With mobile data turned off, the app crashes every time I try to access my playlists.
