How to view email in html?

How to view Mail email in html? Some email displays graphic content like logos and photos but half of them are text only...

Mail Preferences is set to "load remote content", but no mention of html anywhere in El Capitan 10.11.2 Mail Preferences. Thanks!

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2), null

Well, precisely. That is why I am I am HERE. With my question. 😉 Also to address your other question, if email was meant to be plain text, I would also not be here...it goes without saying, yes? It is because, first, I know these particular emails come with graphic text; also that the email format is full of all the code that would hold the images; as well as the fact that I can see the full html display in my email outside of Mail. I apologize for not explaining what I thought was obvious. For all these reasons, I am requesting assistance. Thank you.
