I Checked and gone through the said process but its partially working. i.e. audio calling through "Phone" over VoLTE can be done. But video calling through "Phone" over VoLTE can not be found while calling.

Throw some lights if you have any idea on that.

As I mentioned earlier Reliance Jio has launched trail for 4G VoLTE for his employees. They have mentioned that these devices (below listed) are compatible for true 4G/VoLTE. On these devices voice and video both calls can be be done through normal carrier calling feature.

You can choose to buy a 4G VoLTE compatible handset from the market and use it with Jio 4G SIM card.

The iPhone video calling is FaceTime, I am already using that on iphone6. But i think you can say FaceTime is app.

But I am talking about vedio calling feature through normal calling
