It sounds like you are using Apple Music and see the complete Apple Music catalog on your iPod touch but you only want to see songs you have downloaded to it.
There is a setting for that.
Using the new Music app - Apple Support
To see music that you downloaded to listen to offline, go to My Music. Under the Recently Added section, tap the category selector (Artists, Albums, etc.). Only Downloaded Music is at the bottom of the category list. When this setting is on, My Music shows only songs that you downloaded to your device. Turn this setting off to see all of your music, including music stored in iCloud Music Library.
Hope that's what you need.

thank's for the reply.
I've already found this setting, this only works for Artists; Songs, Albums but not for playlists.
The iPod and also my cars show ALL playlists within my Apple Music altough they are not downloaded.
Best Regards
Daniel

Well, I'm not sure where to go from here then.
Checking the Help files at Playlists - iPod touch
it says:
View particular playlists. In addition to playlists you create, Playlists includes playlists you added from Apple Music, as well as those shared with you. To view just the playlists you created, tap All Playlists, then tap My Playlists. You can also choose to see just Apple Music Playlists or only the playlists saved on iPod touch.
Makes it seem like you can select which playlists are seen.

Jan 26, 2016 3:41 PM in response to Nubz N.by Dwhuebner,Hi Eric,
you are right. I can choose if i wanna see Apple Music or my own Playlists. But this doesnt include wether this playlist is OFFline or ONline available. So it always shows ALL playlists within my cloud (just Apple OR Own ones).
Best Regards
Daniel
