Watch Displaying incorrect contact info

When receiving a iMessage from a certain contact and viewing it on my apple watch, the contact name displayed is incorrect. My iPhone, mac, and iPad all have this contact stored with the correct contact name (it's a man's first and last name). When he texts me and the notification comes to my apple watch, his name is Molly Cell. His contact name on other devices is nowhere close to that and I don't have a contact named Molly Cell on any of my devices. Anyone have any insights?

Hi - try these steps:

Check that iCloud Contacts is enabled on your iPhone and other devices:

- iPhone and iPad: Settings > iCloud - enable Contacts.

- OS X: System Preferences > iCloud - check the box next to Contacts.

After making any changes, it may help to:

- Close and restart the Contacts app on your iPhone (to close it, double-press the Home button and swipe up on the app preview).

- Reset sync data: on your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Reset > tap on Reset Sync Data (nothing will seem to happen, but the process will run in the background / invisibly to the user, so allow a minute or so).
