iPhone Sound Glitches

Recently my iPhone started having these WEIRD GLITCHES when I'm USING WHATEVER APP that is in use. The best way I could describe it is like a CD skipping. For example

When I close my Music app while the song is still playing it starts to make that weird "CD skipping" noise. But the music app is not the only place where this glitch happens. Even happened in the Messenger App or Messages App. Like when the 3 dot bubble shows up with the pop or clicky sound that notifies you that someone is typing on their end, the sound starts to glitch like a scratched CD.

Any help?
