i mean there was little milk on the screen i dont know if it entered ear speaker i have been using iphone for about a month now it works fine water indicator in sim tray is also white i want to know if it entered ear speaker

Unfortunately iPhone is not milkproof. You are lucky one if it still works after contact with water. Usually phones and liquid do not mix and water damage is not covered by warranty. Corrosion has already started. You should schedule a genius appointment at the Apple Store to appraise the level of damages. They will offer you the best solution.
