Can't access my music anymore on my Ipad or Iphone. Each time I select Music Icon, there is an Image of a girl with his Iphone hiding the music list I can't getrid of this image. I don't want to try or buy Music

On one of the devices, try doing a Restart (to give iOS a fresh start). Data is not affected.

Then, go into Settings -> Music, and make sure Show Apple Music is turned OFF. Tap the Music app. If you see that image with the girl holding iPhone, there should be choices on screen to Join Apple Music or show your own music (don't remember exact wording). Pick the latter.

The store for buying music is a separate app called iTunes Store.

If I recall, the screen showing image of girl with iPhone has the Join Apple Music choice BOLDLY highlighted. Below that choice, it says something like "Show My Music" (or words to that effect) in plain text. Tap that second choice.

I had this issue today too after I downloaded the latest iOS update. I opened and closed the app 5+ times and nothing seemed to work. I then just left the image of the girl on the screen open for awhile (30 seconds) and eventually some buttons loaded beneath her asking if I wanted to join Apple Music. I clicked No and now it's fine.

I have this same problem when trying to access the radio. I tried restarting and still have it. I DO have a choice at the bottom of the "girl" screen of "Not Now". It goes back to screen to choose a genre of music, I choose one, the bottom "play" box pops up briefly, goes away and I get the "girl" screen again. Do I have to sign up for Apple Music now to listen to the Radio feature in My Music?

The Radio feature is no longer a free option, so you do have to sign up for Apple Music in order to use the Radio. Be sure that you understand the ramifications of using this service before signing up - it changes the way that Music works on your device:

I had this same problem tried restarting and nothing happened. So I turned ON Apple music then restarted my phone. Went back into Setting and turned OFF Apple music and then I FINALLY got the message to go to my music. Hope this works for you.

HE In my iphone 6s+ pressing the music icon hard (3d touch) the option to search music appears. Tape on that, this give u the choiche to exit and come back to your music library.

I have tried these options without success. Oddly, after changing the setting to not showing Apple Music and restarting (that is, pressing sleep and home button) I did momentarily see my music, but then that annoying girl with her iPhone was back. The page with her and the corporate image is completely unresponsive on my iPad, so I can't opt to either join or not join corporate music.

I'd really like to see a response here from a service person from the corporation. You've caused the problem, you can give the solution, instead of expecting the consumers you call the "community" to do your work for you while the coproationrporation rakes in billions.
