iBooks: Sent to/Read on PC
bbelow is the procedure to sent iBooks to PC and read iBooks on PC:
ITune must be installed on PC in order to send iBooks to PC.
COPY BOOKS FROM IPAD TO PC:
- connect iPad to PC using USB cable.
- Start iTunes on PC
- Select iPad icon on top left corner of PC screen
- Select Books icon below the "Setting" --> check Sync books box on middle top of the PC screen
- Choose "Selected books"
- Select books to be sent to PC
- Click "Apply" in the bottoms right --> the selected books are copied to PC
FIND AND READ COPIED IBOOKS IN PC:
- Select Books icon below "On my device" (device is PC)
- Copied books are shown on the right
- Click the TV Shows icon on top right corner --> Select "Recently Added" below the Playlists
- With mouse pointer pointing to a book --> Right click --> Select option "Show in Windows Explorer" --> a Windows Explorer shows up with list of copied books and exact location in C:/ drive: C:\Users\"your name"\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Books
- The files listed in this Windows Explorer can be copied, move... Like files in any other Windows Explorer.
- Double click on a book to read with Acrobat.
DELETE LIST OF ADDED FILES IN ITUNES
- Start iTunes on PC
- Select TV Shows --> select "Recently added" --> click on a file --> right click and select "Delete
