I cannot find a way to access my account on my iMac to change payment method for my iCloud account.

System Preferences > iCloud > Account Details > Payments.

Your email did not offer me any choice but "correct answer" or "helpful answer". Your response did NEITHER for me. It shows the payment methods but did NOT allow me to change them. That is what I need to do. I knew how to find that, How do I CHANGE it????
It does for me if I click on details, I'm not sure why this option should be any different for you.
Actually, the way to get to this page on my computer was to use the "manage" function on the payment page. Otherwise it just shows what I am using for payment. To change or upgrade, I needed to use the manage function on the page to be able to do anything. Once I did that, I was able to change the payment and now I am back on the iCloud plan that I wanted.
