Can't log into messenger and facetime
Cannot log into FaceTime or messenger .
iPad Mini, iOS 9.1

If you cannot login to these two apps then you either have a network problem or a problem with your AppleID or password. To troubleshoot both, try visiting the following website using Safari and logging in with the AppleID that you are trying to use for FaceTime and Messenger:
If you CAN login successfully on that web page there then you may have a network problem.
If you CAN'T login to that website then you need to use the "Forgot Apple ID or password?" link provided to figure out your AppleID and password. Until you are able to successfully login to the AppleID management website, you will not be able to use that AppleID for any apps on your iPad.
