iPad Air 2 attracting too many fingerprints !

I have never used any screen protector for any of my Apple device before . I am finding that the iPad Air 2 is a finger print magnet and here are finger print smudges all over the screen even though I do not touch it while having food or likes ! I am wondering whether it would be wise to use a screen guard for the same to limit this problem ? Does it really help ? Please advice !

All iDevices are fingerprint magnets.

The coating that Apple still uses on their iDevice doesn't really work very well to minimize fingerprints.

Screen protectors attract fingerprints, too!

Just use a microfiber cloth dry or with it slightly damp ( really wring out as much water out of the cloth as possible).

I use a cloth that is a very tight weave terry cloth material that I use for detailing cars and it works great to wipe off fingerprints.

Plus, every now and then, I spray my cloths with screen cleaner iKlear to get the screen really clean and smooth and slick to the touch.

It's a touch interface device, so it's going to get fingerprints. There is nothing unique about Apple iDevices in that regard - every touch screen phone, table, laptop or desktop monitor I've ever used is the same. Everyone's skin has oils on it, some worse than others but everyone's skin will leave prints on a touch screen. All you can do is clean it frequently. Microfiber clothes are excellent.
