How to make an embedded video for Twitter.

I've noticed in the last couple of months little 30 second videos being posted on my Twitter timeline. Many from companies for advertising. I know Twitter has allowed videos that last up to 30 seconds to be embedded in Tweets.

My question is this: Does anyone know how, having completed a normal edit on FCP X, I can export, a 30 second version of the edit for use on Twitter?
