Q: Can I share my Apple Music with family share?

I understand that you would like to know about Family Sharing and Apple Music because you are unable to share Apple Music downloads with the members of your family group. 

If this is correct, it sounds like you have Family Sharing set up, which does give your family group access to your purchases and downloads. With Apple Music, you are subscribed to the service and are able to download music. To share music from this service, you would need to subscribe to Apple Music with a Family Membership.
