I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013) and recently the fan was spinning VERY fast and i did the smc reset, cleared up my laptop a bit and now its okay but the battery has been dropping like crazy. It was 50% at night and i put it to sleep but i wake up and its 0%. In class its always 98 to 40. Please help??

Why not leave it plugged in all night, and plug it in during lunch or during classes it is not needed?
Charging circuits will prevent overcharge. My MBP stays plugged in when not moving, but used down to 30% battery once a month if not more often.
Running to dead just shortens life considerably and it sounds like it has been run dead many times for you. And there have to be a few periods during the day to get in 30 minutes or so of charging during the day.
I could do that but its not that convenient for me. It never happened before and now it drops in class from 90 to 40 while im using it
Run it dead often enough and it quickly loses its staying power. My batteries have never been run dead since 2011.
Open Activity Monitor and check for any background processes that may be consuming a lot of electrical resources.
Also check System Information>Power and see what it says for battery HEALTH. If it is not NORMAL, then a new battery may be needed.

How fast is fast. Install a temperature/fan speed application. Then you will have hard data to determine if there is or is not a problem.

It goes up to about 5k rpm.
Open Activity Monitor to ALL PROCESSES and set CPU to read values fro high to low. When the fan speeds up, post images of the temperature/fan speed application and Activity Monitor.

I did that so many times but it didn't work but today the fan ran at 5k and some file was taking 90% cpu and it calmed down after i quit it. Thank you!!! 😁
i charged it up to 100% a few times and now its not loosing battery that fast thank you 😁
