Q: Getting back to ios 9.2.1 from ios 9.3 public beta?

I just upgraded my iphone 6 from ios 9.2 public beta to ios 9.3 public beta. Now I want to get back to ios 9.2.1 without developer program. What should I do? Can I just delete the  Ios 9 beta software profile then everything backs to normal????
