iMessage available in Nigeria?

I Can't find Nigeria whol searching through the listed regions does that mean I can't use iMessage in Nigeria? 😮

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2

Hi,

On my iPhone I can see Nigeria in Settings > General > Language and Region.

Yeah it does appear there but when setting up iMessage it doesn't appear to be there anymore

Hi,

On the iPhone > Settings > Messages I don't see any Country settings.

On the Mac the Derails button that used to be there up until Yosemite's version has gone in the El Capitan version (ver 9.x) of Messages.

I have been unable to find where the App gets it's Country Code from now although I do know it is being written to the com.apple.ids.service.com.apple.madrid.plist as I have deleted mine to remove an errant older ID that shows up several times since Installing El Capitan.
