if my mac has virus and i uses the same email as that of my iPhone will the virus spread to it?

Mac's don't get viruses unless you are also running Windows via bootcamp, and iOS devices do not get viruses at all.

it does. the internet is slow , theres always pops up ads and mackeeper also tell me theres virus.
Review the article below, then post back with test results.
I suspect you haven't dealt with the AdWare issue from a year ago, and now you have compounded your problems by installing MacKeeper.
PS: You have an Adware issue, not a virus issue.
Well, there's your problem in a nutshell - MacKeeper. Remove it as soon as possible. It is garbageware that will slow down your Mac, report bogus viruses, and generally wreak havoc with your machine. One of the worst things you can have running on a Mac....

Get rid of the crap.
Hopefully it has not done so much damage already that you will need to reformat and reinstall everything.
