Jan 25, 2016 11:58 AM in response to eamonnfromcrescent headby Pmintz25,The AppleCare team is there to provide free support if you have purchased AppleCare on an Apple product, such as an iPhone or Mac.
Installing and using iTunes on a Windows computer IS covered if you have AppleCare on an iOS device but it is NOT covered if you don't have AppleCare, unless you pay a one time service agreement (or whatever they call it now).
Here is how you can get in contact with AppleCare, just in case you were trying to get support using another method:
https://www.apple.com/support/contact/
Look under Product and Technical Support.
