Yes. I have iTunes running on a similar spec HP tablet. With only 32GB of storage (of which Windows will consume a considerable portion) you'll almost certainly want to add an SD card to give you enough space to hold your iTunes library - and even then you'll be limited to the number of songs you'll be able to have.
