I understand that you are trying to sync apps from your computer to your iPhone, but the sync will not complete because of an alert that you receive which says that you must authorize your computer. There could be a couple of different issues that could cause this alert, such as not using an administrator account, having content from multiple Apple IDs that need authorizing, and making sure that you have authorized all Apple IDs that have been used to name a few.
