The extension of my apple id is rejecting iCloud.com/icloud.ae/me.com

I'm trying to make a new apple id.

my account is liked to my hotmail id and i have apple products.

on this account ********** is another id that doesn't let me use iMessage despite trying to fix it, it keeps asking me to sign in again and again without even delivering the message.

If i make a new email id it delivers a certain code to my new iCloud id which again doesn't log in and rejects the right password.

clicked forget password, says account doesn't exists.

repeated to make a new id but still of no use

I have a macbook air 13"

What are the apple domains?
