% complete can not be set on tasks (Outlook 2007 / Windows 10 / iCloud)

I am running Outlook 2007 on the Windows PC platform. My account is set up to sync with iCloud. I also have an iPad Air 2 set up to sync with iCloud.

After upgrading Windows to ver. 10, I can not adjust the % complete of my tasks (reminders, as Apple would call it). Outlook pops up with "Unknown error" message box.

(If I remove the iCloud sync, it will work, also in Win7 it worked etc.)

Any ideas? (I have already tried to install iCloud over again - running latest version, 5.1)

Could it be that this is an iCloud / Win10 compatibility issue?

Hello there oblund,

It sounds to me like your Outlook will update your tasks correctly when you do not have iCloud enabled but then goes awry when you enable iCloud. I would use the "Calendar, Contacts and Reminders" section of the following article to help you get that troubleshot:

Get help using Outlook with iCloud for Windows
