Q: Ipad does not sycronise with Itunes

I have recently had too buy a new computer. I have downloaded the latest iTunes and checked all device drivers are up to date. However, it has never asked to be trusted when I plug in my iPad or iPod and as such I cannot synchronise. I have also tried to de authorise all computers and re authorise the new one, no change.

Any help gratefully received.
