I phone 6s 64GB
OS: 9.1.2
I mistakenly deleted GarageBand Apps which was my built in App, but when i want to download & restore to my i Phone it requires payment.
Please help me to restore the apps without making any payment as i already made at the time of purchase the phone.

Did you change your AppleID or change the country of your AppleID?
Use the old AppleID, valid in the country of the store where you purchased the iPhone. If that is not possible, contact the App Store Support for help.
